Am I locked in for a certain period?

This a no lock-in contract. When you pay your membership fee, it is for the following year and then we will continue to take annual payments until you tell us to stop. Please allow 3 days before your next processing date to allow for banking and administration times. Thanks

If I leave due to life circumstances and come back - do I need to pay the initial fee again?

No. We will save your information so that's easy for you to come back. Sometimes you get sick, or life just happens in a way that you need to hit pause. We will be here when you are ready to begin working again.

With so many other Practitioners, will anyone book with me?

We are told so often that competitors close by makes us less attractive, but you just have to think of a mall or shopping centre to know that this is not true. When a customer can find a lot of their needs met in the one place, they are more likely to come to that one spot rather than having to spend their time going to lots of smaller places. How does this work online? When a customer thinks of wellness, we want them to think of Heal Your Life Directory for ALL of their needs, so today they may need a Sound Healing, next week they may want a Tarot Reading and in a months time they are ready for a wellness retreat. If you are listed here, you are more than likely that more eyes will view your profile than they will directly to your own website and with more views you are ever increasing the likelihood of bookings and then future bookings.

Does Heal Your Life Directory Take a Percentage Per Booking?

Nope! We made it easy for you to be fully booked out with just one small annual fee, regardless of how many bookings you make. We would love to see you have hundreds of bookings for the price of one single booking.

What If I Offer More Than One Service or One Service and One Event - how much do I pay?

Our Directory is built in a way that is user friendly, so that they may search based on what their particular needs are. If you would like to be listed in both online and offline services, or you offer both massage and reiki, then you will need to pay for a listing in both categories (called a multiple listing), as we will create for you 2 different profile and sales pages as well as double your chances of being booked. Also, if you work as a Sound Healer and you are also offering Sound Healing events and retreats, then you will need to have a single Practitioner listing and Event Listings per event.

Is There a Guarantee?

Yes and No. Since we are coming together as a community, we believe that if you share your wisdom and gifts with others, you will naturally have people who want to work with you. We do not offer any money back guarantees for the membership, yet we do strongly advise you to contact us if you are concerned that you are not getting the bookings you would like, and we can arrange a free business coaching session to make suggestions and tweak your profile to improve your outcomes.

Do I Pay for my Membership Today?

Yes, payment is required upon application. Please complete the application form and payment on the next page. Once we confirm your eligibility, we will draft your profile and sales page. Once you approve it, we shall make your listing public, ready for viewing.
