Before we meet, you’ll complete a questionnaire to help us understand your issues and goals. This reflection process begins your healing journey, allowing you to connect with your inner self.
A one-hour session, typically conducted online. In the comfort of your own space, we’ll dive deep into your current issues, creating a safe environment for exploration and release.
Using a combination of muscle testing and intuition, we’ll identify the emotions and energies that may be holding you back. This process often reveals surprising insights, bringing subconscious patterns to light.
Experience the power of magnet therapy over your meridian line as we release identified issues. This phase can evoke various responses – from laughter to tears to a profound sense of relief. Trust your body’s wisdom as it lets go of stagnant energies.
Depending on your unique needs, your session may incorporate elements of talk therapy, visualization exercises, and personalized homework assignments. These tools empower you to continue your healing beyond our sessions.
The healing doesn’t stop when our call ends. In the days following your session, you may notice physical releases (like yawns or burps) as your body continues to process. Many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with themselves.
We’ll provide a follow-up questionnaire to help you track your progress and reflect on your experience. This step is crucial in recognizing and celebrating the shifts you’ve made, no matter how subtle.
After a few sessions of releasing the big stuff you will be able to learn the process which you can then conduct on yourself. (Block book some sessions to get quickly to this point.)
