When I was growing up, I became ill from living what was deemed a 'normal' life. I would start my day eating sugary cereals whilst watching cartoons before my mother would drive me to School. Whilst there we spent most of the day sitting out our desks and then at lunchtime I would be with my friends and we would huddle together and sit around and not move much at all. After school I played one sport a week and that was enough for me. My parents were busy working and so we didn't get to do too much on the weekends - they would clean and garden and occasionally I'd hang with friends at the movies or the shops. Most of the food that I ate was convenience snacks, a muesli bar here and a packet of chips there always washed down with juice or cordial, rarely water. My parents would eat a meal they'd cooked a few nights of the week but sometimes we would just get takeaway on the way home and eat in the car or in front of the TV.
By the time I was a teenager I always tired and grumpy and now I had a mobile phone that was attached to me. I would constantly feel anxious about what everyone was thinking about me and it would stress me out and give me tummy pains which I decided must mean that I was gluten and dairy intolerant. I had no motivation and my life goals non-existent. It was really easy to base my problems on society and say it was the older generations fault that I was this way.
Because it was a chronic illness and not life threatening, it took me awhile to really notice how much my life had changed. When I had that 'wake up' moment, it was clear that I had become sluggish in all areas of my life and I could either stay this way forever or start to make changes.
When I discovered Natural Therapies, I dove right in and the more I learnt, the more I tried new things. My curiosity was back and this helped me to want to get up in the morning. Soon I started small amounts of exercise which made such a difference that I would start to look forward to it and increase the duration and intensity a little bit each time, which over a long time really adds up. I changed my eating to fresh only and got outside more.
I became fascinated with the idea of travel and finally had a goal to work towards. Now you will find me out in nature most days soaking up the salt air by the beach or roaming through a forest, living a simple and active healthy lifestyle and I want that for you too.

When we connect via zoom, we will have a chance to connect on a holistic level and take a deep look at your current lifestyle and living situation. Once we know who you are now, we can start to look back into the patterns of the past and habits that have led you to now. These can be released in short processes to allow the mind to properly store memories without setting off the fight/flight response. When we start to dream into our future, we are no longer held back by the shackles of the past and we might find that our future self looks completely different to what we initially thought. Once we have a clear goal and plan for what we want to work towards, we begin taking action steps each day to stack upon one another and make significant and long lasting change.
A session costs $99USD each and is paid prior to the commencement of the appointment.
Each Wellness Health Appointment lasts for 60 minutes (1 hour).
