With so many people moving to a digital lifestyle and wanting to access the best wellness advice and services regardless of where they may be in the world, Heal Your Life Directory was created to connect highly skilled Practitioners with their unique tribe from wherever they both may be at any one point so that their online telehealth (videocall) appointment can occur at a time and location of their choosing.

Telehealth allows you to consult with health and wellness professionals from the comfort of your home or on holiday via video or phone call.

Heal Your Life Directory features Certified and Licensed Professionals and Practitioners in over 50 industries, organised into 4 main categories including Health, Spiritual, Relationships and Financial.

Some of the services that we include ancient health modalities such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Herbalism, as well as fitness classes including Yoga and Tai Chi, as well as spiritual modalities including Reiki, Breathwork and Energy Healing, as well as relationship modalities including life coaching, love/dating coaching, doula services, as well as financial modalities for both personal and business needs.

Anyone who has access to either a computer or smartphone and is connected to the internet. On some rare occasions a phone line may be all that is needed (for phone appointments that don't require video).

Follow the simple steps of choosing the category you seek (Health, Spiritual, Relationships or Financial), then choose the modality you are after (Naturopathy, Pilates, Art Therapy or Business Coach etc.) and then you will have the different Practitioners in that industry to choose from.

Once you've found one you like, then once you click on their photo you can click 'book now' and you will be taken to their calendar to make a booking and payment. You will receive reminder emails of your appointment.

All Payments are made via VISA or Mastercard or your trusted online payment method. Make sure you read all the fine print in case there is a cancellation fee or additional fees you need to be aware of.

Maybe. Every Heath Fund and Practitioner is going to have a different set of rules dependent on their level of qualifications, country of practice regulations and health insurance rules. Please check with your own health insurance or the Practitioner at the time of the appointment as we cannot know every situation.

It is not regular practice for the Telehealth sessions to be recorded. If you wish to do so, please ensure you have the consent of the Practitioner before recording it yourself.

Once you have made a booking, be sure to save the booking email you receive as it will have all of the details of how to jump on your Telehealth videocall. Each Practitioner will use their preferred video call software which may be zoom, google meet or teams.

We would love internet and technology to work perfectly every time, but we are also aware that this is not the case. Each Practitioner will allow extra time in their calendar to ensure that you receive all of the services you paid for. If for some reason their is a power outage or internet is disrupted completely, a new time and date for the booking will be made.

Once you have made a booking, your details are with the Practitioner as we don't hold them on this site. If you need to change date or time, you will need to contact the Practitioner direct to make those changes. Their details will be in the booking confirmation email.

This depends on each individual service and Practitioner. An exercise group may run for 30 minutes whereas a deep healing session may last for hours. Please ensure you check the description details for each service to allow enough time in your calendar.

You decide what you would like to share with your regular health care provider. If you would like them to work in tandem with your Wellness and GP working together, you will need the consent of both parties. Speak to them both and see what arrangement can be made for the ease of sharing of information

We do not keep your data in any shape or form. We are simply a connection point between Practitioner and Client. You will need to check the Practitioners Privacy Policy that you book with.

As we are not the ones taking payments for the booking, Heal Your Life Directory does not offer money back guarantees. That being said, if you have an issue directly with a Practitioner that cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will organise a refund on your behalf.
